Local Self-government and NGOs Cooperation

MCMS held promotional event for the publication “Cooperation between Local Self-government and NGOs” on Thursday, 28 February, 2008 in Hotel “Kontinental”, Skopje. The publication, produced by CRPRC Studiorum, presents research survey assessing the cooperation between the Local Self-government and the NGOs in Republic of Macedonia.

The aim of the research was to examine the degree and the methods of cooperation between the Local Self-government and the NGOs, especially in regards to the increased responsibilities of the Local Self-government, consequential to the decentralization process in Macedonia.

The publication offers best-practice studies and recommendations derived from this cooperation as well as support of NGOs’ activities, from Macedonia and abroad.

MCMS prepared this publication as part of the programmee Macedonia’s Civil Platform (CPM).
