CRPRC Studiorum and a group of individuals (postgraduate students at the University of Essex, United Kingdom), took part through a written contribution in the European Commission’s consultation on gender imbalance in corporate boards in the EU. The contribution focused on international Human Rights law aspects of the issue (for full text of the contribution, please see link below). The consultation aim is to feed into an assessment of possible EU-level measures to enhance female participation in economic decision-making, which will inform the Commission’s decision on whether to propose action and on the form it should take.
